Hi Alex. Great site mate. Good to see someone else out there promoting great British grub! It's always put down so much in guide books over here :( I have a pub in Yokohama & we make all our own food (including black pudding). Fuji tv were down here filming last month for a story on black pudding & the presenter that had to eat it looked shocked & disgusted when she saw it. We made beef wellington too, but they didn't seem particularly interested in that. The programme they were making was about the Royal Wedding & apparently Blk Pud was on the menu at the reception. Anyway. Keep up the good work & educating people on how good British food is! Cheers
